[Story Background]

At June 2054, a highly classified document named "file 311A" had its content leaked to public in the most powerful nation at Asia. This was caused by a series of struggle between government authorities, underground societies and a secret group called "The 11 Rebels".

The file contains a proposal from superpowers as an invitation and plan of gaining increasing grip and control on developing nations using superior military and economic power. In simple words, an invasion that starts a new age of colonization.

Within 72 hours after the exposure, various core members in government, military and underground societies were almost immediately assassinated. The nation's authority was hurt and lost its control while the shocked public were outcrying and led to riots. All the sudden, on the midnight of day 3 the superpowers led the invasion, consisting allied troops of total 350 thousand men as first wave assaulting from and into all directions of Asia and Africa region, the second and third wave of 500 thousand men each joined the war in the 3rd and 5th day, and by the night of the 7th day, "The 7 Day War" was ended, resulting in total loss of 3rd world nations.

Although the superpower wasn't yet able to set foot on some inland countries after the war, their ballistic missiles and assassins have made short work of the military and government authories in these region, leaving them in a state of panic and frustration.

The most powerful Asian nation, although heavily damaged and crippled by the war, was able to hold its core in one piece. Carrying their resources and technology further into inland East, they joined with the various rebel factions in there, forming a new resistance union against the superpowers...


[Note 1: The 11 Rebels & File 311A]

Also called "Civil Resistance" or "Worrying Scholars". This consist of what was considered "anti-social members" that disguise as doctors, police or public servants in the community. The group believes in justice of their own vision and always hold a strong anti-government and anti-west view, accusing them for civil supression, cultural destruction and media brainwash that lead to corruption of traditional moral and social structure. The group excel in info network and random terrorism operations, including media alteration and control.

File 311A itself was establish with various reasons and causes that mostly related to the Military Revolution. (i.e.: A revolution and breakthrough of military tech in first countries that complete brings their arm forces in another level) The complete inbalance of military power between 1st and 3rd nations, the shortage of world resource and the vastly increasing demand of resource due to advancement in military equipments.

The proposal suggests control of 3rd world lands in order to secure additional resources, and was secretly discussed between leaders of superpowers. However, they made a mistake by trying to make the most powerful nation in Asia as a catalyst to start the war and serve as a foodhold for the superpower union. As it always seems stable and calm on the surface, the politics and social structure of that Asia nation has always been a mess due to various old and new factions constantly fighting over each other for decades, and, misjudged by their intelligence info, the superpowers sent the secret invitation (file 311A) that they didn't know it was impossible to be kept as secret.

Soon the info leaked into many hands, including The 11 Rebels, and after various struggles, they made this file been exposed to the public...

PCS 3000 - Power Combat Suit - "Enforcer"

Overview

The unit is designed mostly for anti-infantry purpose, consisting a power suit that can effectively defend against most small arm fires while offering a complete all terrain / hazard protection. Its plasma weapon has extremely high fire-rate and can be lethal to soft targets, making even a single Enforcer to be highly dangerous for a group of soldiers. Its weakness however is the lack of capability to combat in long range and against heavy armor, especially to air units.

Also called "cons" (for Conferdates) or "hulky", the Enforcer is a mass production type developed from the original TOS power suit. This version is much simpler and cheaper to produce. In comparism to TOS, Enforcers only have 1 shield generator, cannot climb walls or turn invisible, and are fit with cheaper nano machines. Med hubs and artificial muscles are still used to increase strength and reflex of users. The biggest visual difference is the significantly increased armor.


Armaments

The new, all purpose E2000 plasma link has generally taken over the roles of most of the traditional anti infantry weapons. It rapidly fires its ample ammunition (up to 5000 per clip) of plasma charged needles that can burn through its targets.

In addition, the gun can charge up and fire in focus mode, which concerntrates energy to launch bigger and more powerful shots (more effective against heavy armor or long range combat), or the splash mode that fires wide screen of shots which covers a significant area.

Its main weakness however, is the drastic decrease in power and accuracy when fighting long range, and being unable to effectively deal with heavy armor. The "long stick" design, although essential for maintaining firepower and range, is also heavily criticized for being easily tripping into obstacles or narrow places.


- Modifications

The unit can be further modified into one of these abilities to enhance its capabilities:

A3 Dislocator Tool

Teleportation device. Used mainly to send wounding or dead units back to base. Can also be used to call in reinforcements but it's slow and unstable while consumes a mass amount of energy.


Hardened Mod

A physically enhanced version of current power suit with increased artificial muscle and armor, granting greater reflex and protection. Ideal for heavy assault or flanking.


Bulb Launcher

This allows the standard plasma link to launch concerntrated ball of plasma energy that can work as grenade or flash frag.

Effective use of these machines can greatly reduce casualties and capture in field intelligence with ease. The drone is unarmored and only outfitted with a mini laucher that deploys EMP smoke.
